About Us

The reason why the Smart Bricks® project was created was the simple fact that, like all parents, we want only the best for our children. We want leisure activities to have added value beyond the time spent on entertainment, but mainly to take place in a professional and safe environment that meets all the strict requirements placed on these establishments.

We chose sets from the LEGO® Education program as the main teaching tool. Construction and thematic activities with LEGO® Education contribute to the psychomotor development of an individual in a very desirable sense. It promotes imagination, memory and the formation of thinking as one of the most important processes of higher cognitive intensity.

When manipulating the cubes, there is a deeper development of fine motor skills and a desirable development of hand-eye coordination. Children’s didactic character games with LEGO® details are close to the constructive-technical activity of adults. By entering the roles, the child acquires a gentle form of communication competence in pairs and teams or the competence to search for and find solutions to problems. They get acquainted with the probability and rules of cause and effect in the real situations’ normal communication. Through active work with LEGO®, we create the foundations for further lifelong learning for children. Learning is based on practical activities that awaken the desire to learn and create in each of us. They encourage curiosity, interest, creativity and critical thinking.

And since we emphasize not only the children themselves and their education, but also the family as such, we have tried to design a leisure activity for children so that you – parents – can spend some time with the children. In addition to the groups themselves, we also offer workshops and family events, where children can compete with their parents (or against them!) at who is better at building. We believe that you will help us fulfill our visions and that we will all enjoy a lot of beautiful moments together by playing and learning.
